The Kinsale Youth Community Café is still making headway. At the moment we have presented our proposal to the Council in relation to securing the Old Kinsale Fire Station as a relaxing meeting space, which is safe, friendly, inclusive, a place for young people from all social and cultural backgrounds to engage in social interaction with their peers. A location for relaxation, recreation and entertainment. A place where young people can enhance their personal and civic development while creating good positive relationships with their peers.
We are now at the waiting stage and will further update the community once we have news on our quest to support our young people in establishing a Community Youth Café.
