Congratulations once again to Paul and Helen of Bastion Kinsale who yesterday received a well-deserved Michelin Star for their wonderful restaurant at the awards ceremony in London. Having already received 4 Bib Gourmands in the past four years, it was only a matter of time before Bastion would achieve the coveted Michelin Star, joining 17 other restaurants in the Republic of Ireland in the 2020 Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland.
