Gardaí have seized approximately €16,000 of suspected drugs and €3,300 in cash during a search in Kinsale, on 11th December, 2019.

As part of an ongoing operation targeting the sale and supply of drugs in the West Cork Garda Division, Gardaí from the Divisional Drugs Unit executed a search warrant at a house in Kinsale at approximately 5.30pm.

During the course of the search, Gardaí seized suspected cannabis herb worth €15,000, other various controlled drugs worth €1,000, €3,300 in cash and drug paraphernalia.

No arrests have been made but Gardaí are following a definite line of enquiry.
