Huge congratulations to Kinsale athlete Gabriella Bowen who took home a gold medal in the long jump at the Irish Universities Athletics Association Outdoor T&F Championships in MTU last weekend.

Sitting in 4th place going into her 6th and final jump Gabby jumped a massive new lifetime best of 5.80m to take the gold in front of a big home crowd. What a fantastic achievement by Gabby, who is the daughter of Samantha (Kiely) and Michael Bowen. Well done!
