Joseph Walsh Studio Chair acquired by Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York

Congratulations to the Joseph Walsh Studio which has just announced that the Enignum Locus Chair has entered the permanent collection of The Metropolitan Museum Of Art in New York.
This chair is the final artist proof of the unique chair created for the Duchess of Devonshire, which was one of the twenty four unique chairs commissioned for The Devonshire Collection at Chatsworth House, England.
In addition to the Metropolitan Museum, Joseph Walsh's work now features in permanent collections of a number of prestigious museums around the world including the Pompidou Centre in Paris, the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum in New York, Mint Museum of Craft and Design in North Carolina and the National Gallery and National Museum of Ireland in Dublin.
